Sunday, November 9th at 5pm
Carmit Delman, author of "Burnt Bread and Chutney" will share her insights on growing up between cultures. A gourmet Indian vegetarian buffet is included.

Wednesday, November 12th at 6:30pm
"Girls Night Out" with Pulitzer Prize winning playwright and author Wendy Wasserstein in conversation with NPR's Robin Young at the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem. The evening features dinner and conversation. Perfect for book groups.

Sports Brunch with sports writer Bill Simons and Sherry Levin, women's basketball analyst for ESPN, NESN and Fox Sports. Following brunch the award-winning documentary, "The Life and Times of Hank Greenberg" will be shown.

Phyllis Karas and Edward J. Mackenzie, Jr., authors of "Street Soldier: My Life as an Enforcer for Whitey Bulger and the Boston Irish Mob", the story of Edward's journey from foster homes to "leg-breaker" to raising to daughters as a single parent.
